Dr. Plowey is amazing. Won't see anyone else.

The doctor & nurse are of the highest quality and professionalism. They did a extremely difficult and time sensitive EKG for my special needs son. I still can't believe we got a EKG on him. As his mother I am beyond grateful to the entire team.

Smooth and seamless

Experience with the doctor was very good. Experience with the my UPMC software used for video visits was terrible. The myupmc system used to work great for video visits. Now it does not because of software changes made by upmc. There is now 3rd party software involved that will not work with my phone. Whatever your IT people changed did not help. It made the process much worse.

Dr. Plowey is an outstanding primary care physician. Clinically, he is on top of the multiple issues impacting me. He is also an excellent educator. For any of the issues that he's addressing for my health he begins his explanation using lay terminology to explain the situation to me and my care options. He is always well prepared knowing my history, the multiple specialist that I am seeing and my medication. He clearly and succinctly explains the diagnosis, symptoms, medication options, and the pros and cons of each.
