R. to analyze information gathered, lost work hours in each work shift due to impact factors were also investigated by this study.This study primarily focused on: (1) the discussion of impact factors for Diaphragms Wall project productivity; (2) the clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management-level factors on productivity in order to come up with more meaningful performance assessments for the contractors. This study used 2 methods: (1) Productivity-related theoretical constructs and models developed by Thomas H. R. ; (2) multiple regression analysis. Actual construction logs for 3 construction sites were collected by this study. By analyzing daily construction log and productivity, main factors in influencing Diaphragms Wall construction productivity as well as clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management factors on productivity were investigated by this study.
